How to assemble and use Rodrig Flex?

The assembly of Rodrig Flex is very simple.

1. Remove the plug at the end of the carbon tube and take out the aluminum rods.
2. Push one aluminum rod through 2 of the attachment points on the boat.
3. Then push the aluminum rod through the hole at the end of the carbon tube and tighten it so that the carbon tube is across the boat.
4. Thread the second aluminum rod through the attachment points, but leave the rod in two pieces so that it can be easily inserted into the carbon tube.
5. Assemble the rods at the joint so that the tension holds the rig in place. The rig can be pushed into the desired position.
6. It is advisable to secure with a rubber band or rope so that the rig does not shift during use.
7. Install the rod holder into the StarPort mount.
8. More mounts and other accessories can be installed as needed.

Here Rodrig is mounted in place. The aluminum rods are in tension and ensure that the carbon tube remains stable in place. You can secure with a rubber band if desired.
